Season: 2024 Playoffs

Bill Crumm

By day, he balances the books and calls the shots at Niagara College. By night, he turns defensemen into putty and makes goalies wish they stayed at home. But wait, there’s more.  You need somebody to run your blueline you call Crum.  You need a penalty killed, you call Crum.  What we’re trying to say is, the man does it all.  Honing his skills on the King Street Ice Palace, Crum knowns what it takes to win in the Rose City.   A quiet leader, he’s not going to give you any rah rah speeches, but he’ll calmly and quietly control the game.  Mr. Do Nothing Wrong Bill Crum.

Ryan Daniel

Daniels is another player who enjoyed his first season in 2017-18, and has since become a force in the league. With a strong hockey sense, and a good ability to get into the right spaces, Daniels scored a good chunk of the River Rats’ goals this past season, and looks to continue rolling through his second season. A strong pick, capable of playing strong puck.

Boots

Since joining the WNHL, Boots has made his living on blue lines across South Niagara, and is more of a force of nature than man. Smooth hands are only bettered by his skating abilities, which made him one of the standout players on the River Rats this past season. While he may have flown under the radar as a new addition, he has cemented his place in WNHL lore. For the love of god….buy a jersey!
