After welcoming his second child into the world this offseason, rumours started circulating that the first thing she saw when opening her eyes was the glare off the King Street Cup. While this might seem strange to outsiders, it is not weird for any of the WNHL, who know Woodzie as a straight up asshole in front of the net, and one of the league’s gamechangers.
After spending the past two years as the GM of the Welland Undertakers, and bringing home the King Street Cup this past season, Cockell’s illustrious career as a beer league manager and all-star has been one defined by victory and passion.
