- Increased mask wearing in the locker room when changing
- If you do test positive for COVID-19 please inform the commissioner and your team. Actions to take place will depend on when the player in question had a contact with the team and when they tested positive. The best course of action for a close contact is to complete a rapid test and monitor symptoms for the next 14 days
- If a player tests positives they can return to play after 10 days of testing positive for COVID-19 with a negative test result of a PCR Test (Non-Rapid Tests). Please send an image of the results to the WNHL Commissioner.
All of these protocols are the standard set by the Province of Ontario and the three arenas that we use (Welland, Pelham, Meridian Centre) to ensure access to our arenas.
