This is what it is all about for WNHL Super Sundays. The Townline Tunnelers and Crown Room Kings raised $1400 dollars collectively for Positive Living Niagara – Streetworks. Thanks to all the players and fans that donated and the Meridian Centre for being great hosts. We will see you Sunday November 6th for next WNHL Super Sunday with the Atlas Steelers vs Crowland Murder.
The WNHL League Office is still riding off the energy of having all eight teams at the Pelham Rink for opening night. We were presented with an opportunity by the Meridian Centre in St.Catharines to have all our games there on December 28th starting at 6pm and will end with the first WNHL Skills Competition. Representatives will compete in Shooting Accuracy, Shootout, Hardest Shot and other feats of skills starting at 10pm. The winning player will get a 50 Dollar Rex Hotell Gift Card. We feel during the Christmas Break is a great opportunity to get the league together at Niagara’s Finest Hockey Facility. We are looking at safe transportation back to Welland/Pelham for a fee as well. Looking forward to this one so clear December 28th from 5pm to God knows when.
